Can You Repair A Crack In Concrete Bird Bath

- Doesn't work. Even on one cracked. I've tried on 2 birdbaths. I heard two function epoxy is the answer.
You can employ an outdoor or marine epoxy to prepare it. Use it to fill up in the missing pieces, if any. Make sure that you are able to clamp the birdbath together to permit information technology gear up upwards.

You can sand down the epoxy to match the surface of the concrete if it squeezes out.

I've never used Flex Seal, but I know that epoxy is how concrete statues are repaired by professionals. I imagine the Flex Seal could exist used to line the inside of the birdbath and maybe protect it a bit more than.

For this winter, I would take it in, then in your spare time, use some STRONG Gum, and continue this safe till leap, so starting time using this once again. If yous want to employ a pan, thru the winter, use a metal pie pan, or another metal dish. It will be fine. All-time wishes, J.
I'm not sure how well you tin can set this but I have found some bang-up large bowls to use for bird baths.

Become some outdoor construction adhesive and piece it dorsum together, then put a bead of waterproof caulking around it And down the seam. I normally become a plant tray ( a thick one) that will fit in my birdbath and use that during the cold months because I have had the water freeze and cleft the concrete.
